About us

As the finance partner for fast-growing companies, Ventureleap consults its clients on multiple finance related matters: reporting, fundraising, valuation and M&A.

Your challenge

As an analyst, you’ll gain hands-on experience in both controlling/budgeting as well as corporate finance related matters like capital raising or M&A. Since we have a broad client portfolio, you’ll be working with multiple clients. This means that you’ll need to cope with the dynamics of different clients, tasks and deadlines.

​

You work together with the Ventureleap team as well as with the management and finance teams of our clients. You’ll have first line contact with all of our stakeholders – such as founders, employees, accountants, venture capital funds and other investors, and banks.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing of month-end closing and management reports

• Cash flow planning and monitoring

• Build/Present laser-sharp financial dashboards & analysis

• Work together with and manage our client’s finance team 

• Involved in the fund-raising or M&A processes: including pitch/information memorandum preparation, business plans, valuation, scenario analysis and due diligence.

• Involved in any ad-hoc projects for our clients like bank financing and subsidies.

• Internal research and content writing for Ventureleap

Your strengths

• You have a master’s degree in Finance and at least two years of finance experience in either accounting, audit, controlling or transaction services

• You have a general interest in other departments besides finance because you’re curious about the inner workings of a company and are keen to deep-dive in different business models

• You have a critical mindset ,combined with strong analytical and storytelling skills

• You have attention to detail and the ability to preform in a high-pressure environment

• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

• You are fluent in Dutch and EnglisH
