Your challenge

As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in both controlling/budgeting as well as corporate finance related matters like capital raising or M&A. You’ll be assisting the team and our broad client portfolio.

You’ll work together with the Ventureleap team but will also have exposure to the management and finance teams of our clients.

Your responsibilities
  • Preparing month-end closing and management reports.
  • Cash flow planning and monitoring.
  • Involved in the fund-raising or M&A processes: including pitch/information memorandum preparation, business plans, valuation, scenario analysis and due diligence.
  • Internal research and content writing for Ventureleap.
Your strenghts
  • You are enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree in Finance.
  • You have a general interest finance and would like to gain real-life experience in both corporate finance as a CFO-role.
  • You have a critical mindset, combined with strong analytical and storytelling skills.
  • You have attention to detail and the ability to preform in a high-pressure environment.
  • You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
What can you expect from us?

We offer three to six-month internships whereby you get the opportunity to work closely on a range of different projects in a very dynamic environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience in both a CFO-role as well as Corporate Finance.
